Process of Selection for SSC CGL 2023

The SSC CGL 2023 selection process has several stages. Tier 1 and Tier 2 are the two phases of the SSC CGL Exam. There are several steps that must be taken in order to pass the SSC CGL Exam, which are listed below:

Computer-based examination for Tier 1 (objective questions)

Computer-based examination in Tier 2 with objective-style questions.

Tier 2 will involve administering Papers I, II, and III in distinct shifts or days.

Paper-I is required for all positions, however Paper-II is exclusively for those who apply for and are shortlisted for Junior Statistical Officer (JSO) positions in the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation in Tier-I.

Only those applicants who are selected in Tier-I for Paper-III, i.e., for the positions of Assistant Audit Officer/Assistant Accounts Officer, will be allowed to take it.

On the same day, Paper I will be divided into two sessions, Session I and Session II. Conducting Section I, Section II, and Module I of Section III will be part of Session I. Conducting Module II of Section III will take place in Session II. As a result, Session I will go for 2 hours and 15 minutes, whereas Session II will only last for 15 minutes.

SSC CGL Educational Qualification
